Steven Liang ”V Founder, General Manager
Steven Liang received both his PHD and Master degree in Information Engineering from National Central University in Taiwan. His research throughout the years has been in improving education through technology (highly interactive classroom, collaborative learning within the classroom, online learning platform design, and learning system design and development in a wireless technology enhanced classroom. Steven has written 13 internationally published papers on the above subjects and has three(3) patents in Taiwan pertaining to Interactive Response Systems.

Sams Wang ”V Senior Consultant
Sams Wang received his Masters degree in Institute of Information and Computer in Education in National Taiwan Normal University and PHD degree in Institute of Computer Science and Information Technology in National Central University in Taiwan. His research focused on Wireless Technology Enhanced Classroom (WiTEC) - applying wireless and mobile technologies to transform pedagogies in classroom. He developed the first so called "e-school bag" learning and instruction system and presented in the first international workshop of Wireless and Mobile Technologies in Education
(WMTE 2002) hosted by IEEE. To date, he has published 12 papers in international conferences and SSCI journals.

AClass Learning Technology Corp. is the result of several years of research based on Steven and Sams”¦ study at the Learning Technology Lab at the Central University of Taiwan while obtaining their PHD. Today the lab has been renamed Center for Science and Technology of Learning ”V purely focused on improving and implementing technology in education in Taiwan and around the world.
